WORST PLACE. I HAD AN EMERGENCY AND COULDNT MOVE IN ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK AND TOLD ME NO WHERE ELSE WOULD ACCEPT ME IF I HAD TO GO, MIND YOU I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND HAD TO GO. DIDNT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO LIVE IN THE PLACE AND STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Not a current resident but a former. This place was a decent place for me to live at the time. Smells do carry from apartment to apartment - including smoke, foods, etc. Heat isn’t turned on until an arbitrary date in October, regardless if the weather is cold enough to warrant turning on the heat. Then when it IS on, the temperature dial on the baseboard heaters does nothing and they’re consistently on full blast. There were some days that I had my windows open when it was 30° because I couldn’t turn down my heat. Managemen... read more
