It is so much better than the other ones
This guy is a SCAMMM. The property owner Tayon Kockmaz has contractors work for him and at the end he just put up excuses to not pay and walk off with people money… people who work hard and deserve to be paid. Had 27 contractors work his Units In Hermitage and no one wants to work there anymore. Just a horrible work ethic. He Keeps people money know a few contractors who had sued him over payments that he will just keep for no reason. Do Not work for this guy and I will make sure everyone here in Nashville knows about it….
No manager or maintenance on site. Zero amenities. It changes hands every year with a rent increase, even without updates to unit. Leaky "popcorn" ceilings when it rains. No screens on windows or patio doors so you can not open them, especially if you have pets. From your "patio" aka concrete slab, all you hear is the sounds of Lebanon road. Football stadium lighting that keeps you up all night, even with blackout curtains. Dog pen turns into a mud pit when it rains due to lack of grass.
Lived here for over 5 years and haven't had a problem
Very comfy. N Quiet .Been living here several years Convience to Shopping Centers n great neighborhood to walk also close to Mta .We are Happy here as its a safe area n Reasonable rent Its Simple But You can Add Your Unique furnishings We r hoping to make this Our Home for many more Years to Come.
