My mom lives at an adjacent property. There is a feral cat problem that is a result of this properties tenants moving out and releasing a cats. Now, I've rescued 20+ kittens. We are working with a rescue to trap/spay the animals in a humane way. The maintenance tech of this property, Eric, allegedly shot one of the cats and was yelling at the people trying to rescue the kittens on 6/13/25. Overall it's a nice place to live. Been here 5 years. Maintainance issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Rent is more than what I feel the apartment is worth but rent is going up everywhere unfortunately.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would, we had water damage within the first 2 months of living here and It only got plastered over which was a temporary fix and then we got more cracks in our ceiling during a big rainstorm the water damage made a bubble and dripped water onto our carpet/furniture, they dried it out with blowers and put holes in the ceiling/wall and refused to bring in professionals to fix it “because the damage wasn’t caused by a previous repair” (which it was) We weren’t liv... read more
