The first few years were much less than desirable. It wasn’t until new management took over that the staff there improved. It was like night and day. Anyone who’s been there long enough, and had to deal with leasing office employee “Brandy Rose” knows what I mean. I believe she may have been the manager. The main issue was when the roach problem began. When the tenant living above me moved out, I immediately started seeing an influx of roaches in the kitchen. The workers are so lazy. Didn't give no tour to me and my mother the neighbors have roaches maintenance was lazy didn't even ask for a deposit for application fee.
