I wish "0" stars were possible these apartments are DISGUSTING FILLED WITH COCKROACHES. The owners repeatedly spray the same bug spray that doesn't work. They refuse to caulk the holes and cracks in the kitchen and bathroom where the BUGS MOVE FREELY We have a newborn baby here. This is torture
I have lived here for less than a year and I can not count the number of maintenance requests I have submitted. For the most part my issues have been addressed but as of recently every time you submit a maintenance ticket it gets closed out and nobody shows up. The dryer in my building has never Worked and I have been here since last October. Now I'm dealing with rodent droppings on my balcony and no one has showed up for weeks.
It's a good quiet community! The apartments are decent but I had a lot of problems of things failing in the apartment especially in my bathroom. I've had maintenance up here twice to fix things and they just seem to keep breaking.
I am so fed up with these people! We pay $1,600 a month and have constant bug problems! First it was roaches then bed bugs then flies and now roaches again! They always do a half ass job in maintenance as well! I contacted them 3 times yesterday THREE TIMES about poorly done bathtub maintenance and each time it’s done poorly again. I want my moneys worth! We work very hard for this income and it’s not even worth it!
