This place is a palace after being homeless. Netgain property management have been very helpful for my kids and I. As a single mother, they have saved us. My unit has W&D hookups and a dishwasher, so that's a plus too :)
It sucks but its cheap and the stuff nearby isn't terrible, the HOA is difficult to get a hold of and Asset Management suck too... but I can live while rent prices rise
Not to bad of a place when your used to sacramento
This place sucks!!! The lawn never gets mowed, the stairs are never shoveled or iced. Garbage is constantly lingering around the complex. There are dead trees all over the landscape. The laundry room is a mess and smells of smoke.
