Cars get stolen here. I wouldn't recommend leasing an apartment here. Tenant manager will not help you because property claims no liability, although there have been a pattern of auto theft in the lot. There's a school, jehovah's witness temple, lodge, abandoned building, (used to be a restaurant in the 80s/90s), business/construction site, townhouses, and homes on this street.
I do enjoy living here. The manager does her best to make sure everyone is happy and she tries to fix whatever issue we have. She is sweet to the children and very considerate of others. I’ve only been here for 3 years. The issues I have encountered were: •main one was someone stole my car from the parking lot and I’ve asked about any possibly security, obviously the owner doesn’t care. •someone had their items stolen as well before my car was stolen, still no care for security •the rent was raised $100 at one point but usua... read more
