Absolutely terrible. The new management company is just unresponsive and lazy. They will not plow snow properly nor shovel the sidewalks and there is not a granule of salt anywhere. It's either a slipper lawsuit waiting to happen or a slushy mess. The apartments are sub par, they won't fix issues when you bring them up and they have issues with cars being broken into. Avoid now or deal with problems later. They continually refuse to fix my mother's toilet that is leaking and creating mold as well!
Just moved in! The office manager was such a delight!! So wonderful and helpful. Which is a breath of fresh air after what we have delt with else where! Hopefully that sets the tone for it here
My experience here has been nothing but positive.. Ashley smith in the management office has been a blessing to me .. she went above and beyond for me recently and very greatful for her
I would just like to take a moment to thank Ashley Smith the office manager here at Cedar Commons! She is very personable and friendly and always has a smile on her face! With all the snow we've had here the last week or she has come over to help tenants get their stuck cars out of the snow! She is a pleasure to talk to and is always there to help someone! She goes above and beyond!
