It's a nice complex again , new management. They put a lot of effort into cleaning this place up.. You can really see the difference... For the Bottom Feeders, that come from Dewey / Latta and the moxon drive area. You're going to find your garbage back on your lawn. At the house touring was good overall because she provided me with all the necessary information and i apply and then she calls me within less than 24 hours and said i am denied, I ask her what is the reasons and she refuse to say. I think it is unprofessional for someone to apply for a rental property and then u refuse to say why they are denied.......
Mike M just fixed my leaking kitchen sink/ garbage disposal. He was friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly and even made sure everything was cleaned up and put away before he left! He made it a great experience overall. He is a great representative of the company!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! If you care about your family’s SAFTEY, WELLBEING, and HEALTH I BEG YOU TO RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! - Changed the doorknobs so now only the deadbolt locks. The hardware installed is missing screws and on the doorframe they didn’t even put the mental price for the bolt to go into. They just smashed the frame with a hammer and now it’s bent.
