The place was a rat hole for over a decade, before New Management took over.. 30 plus years here, seen the ups and downs.. They really did a good job bringing it back again.. It's nice not to smell urine/ dog feces everywhere you go, in this place anymore.. No more needles, Etc.. The grass is green again... But you definitely need a new lawn crew.. My man does like 80 miles an hour and barely cuts the grass, the daffodils are still there.. You cut low in the spring, high in the summer. (Landscaping 101) lower that blade.. Ne... read more

lived there for two years—even though I couldn't stand the neighbors downstairs—and I really miss my apartment. The staff is friendly, and personally, I thought my unit was very nice on the inside; there were lots of trees, which I loved. It was much more peaceful than where I live now. The downsides were the trash cans overflowing with garbage onto the ground and people smoking marijuana inside their apartments; however, if I had to move again, I would move back there. Did a application for a 2 bed room payed my application fee just to have them call me to tell me they have no 2 bed rooms for rent after we already did the viewing and paid the application fee it not even abt the 20$ it the fact that we was lied to. Feel a lil scammed also feel like there other ppl out there that had this same issue. So please don’t feel out an application for this place.

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I called about a minor issue this morning and they found a solution for me while on the phone. I've been in the apartment for six years now. It's comfortable and I am glad to call it home.
