My bathroom has a hole in the ceiling for about 2 years now. On top of we have shovel the sidewalk to get to our cars since half the time the maintenance people don’t shovel or lay down salt.
Michelle is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. She made the entire process smooth and stress free. Both she and Katie are timely, efficient, and always quick to respond. Katie is resourceful and helpful, and together they make an amazing team. I’ve lived here in the past as well and have never had a bad experience. I truly appreciate their consistency and would highly recommend them to anyone.
New management has done a good job and Maintenance is efficient. In the first few months I noticed a few issues with my building, mainly the locks were poor quality and the dryer was often broken. My thermostat also didn't work properly. All of these things have fixed after communicating with maintenance and the office. No major problems living here since
If I could give zero stars, I would. The apartments are not as advertised! Do not rent from them! Worst service ever.
