Moved in a few moths ago . Apartments are nice but not worth $1500+ . Trash everywhere in grass outside, garbage everywhere but the garbage can. Grass looks like it hasn’t been cut in months, Pretty small, people don’t know how to park, sketchy people walking around, building smells like weed, loud neighbors, loud dogs in my building who will wake you up in the middle of the night. But they want to charge people all this money for rent ?? Regret moving here will be moving once lease is up. Seriously the rent does not add up.
Rocco best maintance out there, quick, respectful and clean and gets the job done asappp. I appreciate it great communication aswell
Overall decent place and spacious, but rent is overpriced for what you're getting and the location, especially with the constant maintenance problems I've had here. In 10 months, I've had recurring problems with the heater, hot water, building dryer, shower faucet, and pipes below my kitchen sink. The one positive is that the maintenance team does a great job, especially Rocco who fixed the pipes in my sink, so shoutout to him
Rocco, is best maintance great communication and very helpful and gets the job done asap!!
