Can I give them a 0 ? I’m so disappointed in everything about this place. We went in for my daughter having flu symptoms and a horrible ear infection and pink eye from what ever is going around . The Dr . Didn’t even look in her ears, and said she just needed eye drops for the eyes ( which weren’t pink eye, that was what he said) and then he next day my daughter needed to go to the hospital for her ear infection. They were bleeding the whole 9 yards when we took her to the insta care, and he said she was fine. Any way enough... read more

I was traveling, came down with pink eye so needed to see a Dr. Instacare was close by. I had to wait a little while after checking in, but not too bad, especially considering a storm had come through with a lot of snow. Doctor consult was pleasant and efficient and I picked up antibiotic eyedrops at the Walgreens nearby. All good.
