Staff was helpful, but the person at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day.
Maddison the secretary was rude and gave us attitude. Nobody was there in the morning, we stood in line for a while and she didn’t help us. We finally had to ask her, how do I check in. She said rudely with me and then proceeded to give us attitude the whole time. Shana the lady that takes your vitals in back and takes the X- rays, was even more rude. I was fortunate to be seen quickly. Ya just never know about diagnosis anywhere. We'll see.
Just finished having a great experience with Dr Parson and staff. Very professional and efficient.
