The receptionist was rude and impatient, the nurse did not introduce herself when she came in the room to run an EKG and had 2 assistants with her. She just spoke to them, tore my gown open, and started maneuvering my breasts to place the EKG leads. No introduction, no hello how are you, no run through about the procedure. Bad practice.
Very kind and I got in right away.
Staff was helpful, but the person at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day.
Maddison the secretary was rude and gave us attitude. Nobody was there in the morning, we stood in line for a while and she didn’t help us. We finally had to ask her, how do I check in. She said rudely with me and then proceeded to give us attitude the whole time. Shana the lady that takes your vitals in back and takes the X- rays, was even more rude.
