I often have a very good experience here. They're very timely and do what they can with what they have. I did have one experience, however, where I came in thinking it was the place to get a drug screening and the lady there was very rude to everyone walking in and was especially short with me because I was in the wrong place. I feel bad for waisting the receptionists time.
