They took 2 and a half weeks to work 6 hours on my car to “diagnose it”. Called 2-3 times for an update because I have to commute 45 minutes to work every day and they said they were “squeezing it in in between customers” as if i wasn’t a customer. Still waiting for an update or a quote.
