Called for a recall repair on my car. First Lady on the phone is super friendly and connects me to the service lady. Omg ! I don’t know how much she hates her job but this lady was talking like an aggressive robot ! YOU WAS HERE BEFORE?!?!? I said yes but just to look for a new car. She: YOU WAS HERE BEFORE ?!?! Me: Ok No. She: PHONE NUMBER!!! She: ADDRESS!!! She: VIN NUMBER!!! CANT HELP YOU BYE!!!
