We are currently driving through Cedar City and that reminded me that I didn’t give a review when we drove through 10 months ago. It was an overwhelming time and then it slipped my mind. We were heading back to Canada from Phoenix with six horses and we started to have issues with the truck. We took it to Cedar City Dodge because it was the closest Dodge nearby. Bought a new vehicle here a couple days ago, such an easy, straight forward experience. Sales rep Don Brown was very professional through the whole process.
Christian was very friendly and helpful. I was having an issue with my windshield fuild they got me right in and fixed the problem! Great customer service.
I cannot recommend this place enough. We were driving through from Montana when our truck popped a code and had to be brought to a dealer. They fixed the issue in a day and not only that, but their customer service was beyond top notch! We were pretty much stranded here in Cedar City without a vehicle but they gave us an amazing shuttle service that took us wherever we needed. Next time I need to buy a vehicle I will make the drive from Montana to here to purchase! This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with!
Every time I go there they are not friendly, talk down to you and will not look at you when talking. The young man in the service department has no people skills. Tried to buy car a few months ago and they charge to much so I went to salt Lake. In my opinion they such and I would not recommend this to anyone.
