We were on a cross-country road trip when, of course, my Jeep’s check engine light came on. We stopped here without an appointment, and they were able to get us in the same day. My car went in for recall repairs.It came out worse than it went in. They tried to convince my son to keep it there to do work.But won't tell me what the cost is. They won't get back to me.Return calls or texts to let me know what the parts of labor would be. While they're polite, the customer service is actually HORRIBLE.
Taylor was extremely professional and went above and beyond customer service. Honest and helpful with every question I had. Ryan was also very knowledgeable and professional. This is a trustworthy dealership with kind, hard-working professionals that want to help you find the perfect vehicle. I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend.
I called Cedar City Dodge Jeep Ram service because I had a warning message come up on my dash and needed to get it figured out and repaired. Unfortunately, the customer service experience on the phone was poor enough that I will not be bringing my vehicle there. We had an ESC ABS error light as we were traveling far from home in our Promaster 3500. Called ahead to Cedar City Motor Co. They got us in on the day we were passing, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it that day. Kary was amazing, even had someone drive us to get lunch. Had a tire rotation and oil change while we waited for the part. They knew we needed to be back on the road and went the extra mile. Can't say enough about Kary and the folks at Cedar City Motor Co.
