I have had the opportunity of renting from cedar chateau estates b . They always have been friendly,no. Time maintenance ,and affordability. I loved living there. It well always be my go to rental place.
Kind of grubby looking.
STAY AWAY! DO NOT MOVE HERE, junk apartments they are cheaper because they wanna you take in a trap, be prepared when you will move out get a charge up to 9K$ even you keep the apt clean.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Black Mold in all apt's look at the reviews it's all true lived there for 4 years when I left they tryed to get me to pay for 1-Full paint $360.49. 2-additional carpet clean / treatment $360.00. 3 - 6 Hrs. Of cleaning $300.00. 4-Stove-Range hood filter $21.81. 5-Front door lock $17.11. 6-Light bulbs (x2) $7.24. 7-Toilet seat $12.19. 8-Stove Top Pans (X4) $-17.39 some people got a bill of 6K to 9K
