The Cedar Chateu took me to court to sue me for eviction because I was 1 month late on rent one time. Then they wouldn’t let me pay any rent until it was settled in court. Plus, the maintenance here sucks they never fix anything and so does the parking and the laundry situation for all 1 bedrooms is a huge pain in the ass. Also there’s carpet in the kitchen. It’s gross.

I like our new manager, Angel. Richard work's really hard don't think he gets enough praise for what he does. I've been here going on 11 year's now, had a rate increase. The back parking lot at night is pitch black, they need lighting every third carport would be nice, people expect to feel safe. Angel has brought this place back to the way it was a few years ago. the lighting is the only compliment

This place is the worst they never answer their phone when you call for a repair and when you move out they charge you for everything I left it spotless and they still charged an arm and a leg avoid if possible

I regret moving here, they make you sign a six-month contract to increase your rent every six months, the maintenance is the worst I have ever known, everything is very old, pipes, stoves and washing machines, dog poop everywhere, spiders in the garages and rats, incredible, the garages leak and they say that's normal, if the last management was bad, the new one is worse, sending text to all tenants for stupid things, don’t rent here. 13320 E Mission Ave Spokane Valley Wa 99216
