The apartments are okay and the management is so nice in the beginning to get you in but very careful when you moved out. I moved out and they charged me for $3500 for a little stain I tried to get an agreement but the rude lady told me “ I can charge you whatever I want” the worse experience until this day. I should read the comments before move in to this apartment complex please read all the comments before get in.
Went through the whole application process I was told I needed to pay off my old collections which was not an easy task an unexpected expense but the manager Christine told me if I did that that she would rent to me so I did I went back she had me email her all the receipts and letters from the collection agencies saying that I was clear she said I will contact you tomorrow you're good I have a apartment for you and then she sends me email saying I cannot rent to you due to your background huge waste of time. Just another old beat up apartment complex.
Christina is such a awesome manager! She has always stayed on top of all my needs, as well as she is fair and impartial when it comes to handling issues on the property. If you don't like her, the terrorists win.
