Went through the whole application process I was told I needed to pay off my old collections which was not an easy task an unexpected expense but the manager Christine told me if I did that that she would rent to me so I did I went back she had me email her all the receipts and letters from the collection agencies saying that I was clear she said I will contact you tomorrow you're good I have a apartment for you and then she sends me email saying I cannot rent to you due to your background huge waste of time. Christina is such a awesome manager! She has always stayed on top of all my needs, as well as she is fair and impartial when it comes to handling issues on the property. If you don't like her, the terrorists win.

The Cedar Chateu took me to court to sue me for eviction because I was 1 month late on rent one time. Then they wouldn’t let me pay any rent until it was settled in court. Plus, the maintenance here sucks they never fix anything and so does the parking and the laundry situation for all 1 bedrooms is a huge pain in the ass. Also there’s carpet in the kitchen. It’s gross.
