Christina is such a awesome manager! She has always stayed on top of all my needs, as well as she is fair and impartial when it comes to handling issues on the property. If you don't like her, the terrorists win.

The Cedar Chateu took me to court to sue me for eviction because I was 1 month late on rent one time. Then they wouldn’t let me pay any rent until it was settled in court. Plus, the maintenance here sucks they never fix anything and so does the parking and the laundry situation for all 1 bedrooms is a huge pain in the ass. Also there’s carpet in the kitchen. It’s gross.
I like our new manager, Angel. Richard work's really hard don't think he gets enough praise for what he does. I've been here going on 11 year's now, had a rate increase. The back parking lot at night is pitch black, they need lighting every third carport would be nice, people expect to feel safe. Angel has brought this place back to the way it was a few years ago. the lighting is the only compliment
