Had two appointments nobody showed up, called the number they provided me with no answer until almost an hr but my appointments was at 1:45 then she said come Friday @1:30 look at apartment 6 again no show & I didn't leave the apartment location until 2:45 called no reply, finally somebody texted back "apartment 6 is not ready for tour, had two other apartments to tour 🤦‍♀️ poor professional business, no leasing office there!!! Was really disappointed why yall handled the situation

Submitted an application. Used the phone number on the website to plan a tour, and we show up. We call the phone number provided to us and are informed that the schedule was created by an Ai Assistant and that the property manager was an hour away and we would have to reschedule. This has happened twice where the Ai assistant made plans for us to see an apartment which was never actually planned by the property manager. Lady said we do not service your kind we only deal with our people. I said where is this she said Marietta I said this is cedartown read here the listed number for 678-502-7275 she said we don’t service you.
