Submitted an application. Used the phone number on the website to plan a tour, and we show up. We call the phone number provided to us and are informed that the schedule was created by an Ai Assistant and that the property manager was an hour away and we would have to reschedule. This has happened twice where the Ai assistant made plans for us to see an apartment which was never actually planned by the property manager.
