They keep raising the rent every year, $60-$80 in most cases. My rent is $914 now for a tiny apt that needs painted and needs new carpet with no laundry hook-up. Mold is growing on the walls because the gutters are overflowing and draining at the foundation because they won't clean them out. I've asked for 2 years about it. The toilet clogs every time someone goes #2 for the past 4 years. They said they snaked it out but I didn't see them do it. Cheaper to rent a whole house.
Really enjoyed living here. Safe area and plenty of parking. Home itself had plenty of room. The little balcony was a little sketchy but we really didn't go out there anyway.
