Saturday afternoon, Strive Multisport really bailed me out by having a special tool (they actually had two) that no other bike shop within a half-hour ride of Kingston had in stock. Having my own retail store, I was impressed with their showroom and the practical experience they were able to share regarding replacing bearings.
Based on a recommendation, traveled >35-miles to your store. Store is clean, and well stocked. Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company. All combined, and so impressed, I ordered a new bike and accessories.

Awesome place was lil Leary since I hate Scranton but took my boys bikes to have brakes fixed. They did great job fast and a heck of a lot cheaper then I expected. Great staff explained everything well.
