Note: this recommendation is from Bud not Tina. These guys saved my Saturday. I was on a project in Wilkes-Barre and had to stay the weekend. I called a place in Wilkes-Barre about renting a bike and got some really bad vibes. I had pretty well given up when I located a trail and a shop in Scranton. I called Strive and inquired on rentals. I was a total stranger with one mess of a bike and was treated like a million bucks. All issues, some that were very complex, were resolved faster than I could imagine possible. You're in good hands when you walk in this shop.

Sunday I broke a chain. Monday I took my bike in and it was fixed in 20 minutes. A new chain and rear gears and adjusted . Great job thank.

Upon arriving at the shop for a repair, a very good boy named Charlie greeted me in a professional and friendly manner. He made me feel extremely welcome, and stayed by me the whole visit, making sure I was taken care of. Someone else fixed my bike or whatever, but Charlie provided the A+ customer service. 900 stars for Charlie, a very good boy, nay, the best boy.
