I’ve been a resident at The Landings on East Hill since the end of 2023 and was overall happy with my stay until the current property manager took over. For the past year, the trash bins have routinely been left overflowing, with garbage stuck along the sides and dog waste accumulating underneath. Great property manager, Jen, and maintenance manager, Bob, here! Stuff gets fixed quickly. Bob is a true handy man that knows a little about a lot. Which is a major plus overseeing apartment complexes. He's fixed most things without having to outsource and it's awesome. It gets done in a timely manner always. I've lived here for 5+ years and the team they have right now is really great. Another big plus is they are very dog friendly apartments! They have dog stations every couple of buildings or so.
