I’ve been a resident at The Landings on East Hill since the end of 2023 and was overall happy with my stay until the current property manager took over. For the past year, the trash bins have routinely been left overflowing, with garbage stuck along the sides and dog waste accumulating underneath. Great property manager, Jen, and maintenance manager, Bob, here! Stuff gets fixed quickly. Bob is a true handy man that knows a little about a lot. Which is a major plus overseeing apartment complexes. He's fixed most things without having to outsource and it's awesome. It gets done in a timely manner always. Update: After living here, I can confidently say this place is below average. The photos are misleading and designed to make it look better than it actually is. First, while dogs are welcome, the property does not maintain the cleanliness of dog waste. Bags spill out of the disposal basket, creating an unsightly and unhygienic mess. While they eventually clean it, the delays are unacceptable. I do not recommend living here if you have kids. People smoke weed here and it can be smelled from outside of our apartment.
