I have no idea where to start. This place is TERRIBLE! Take your money and time elsewhere. I lived here for 5 years and it was the worst experience of my life. Management companies took over every other month it seemed like, I seen 5 come and go. And they were all disgusting. Jordan and Candy specifically. This place needs to go bankrupt because they kicked out so many people with cancer, disabilities, low funds and many other issues. Applied over 2 years ago. We got denied and was never given back the deposit (or whatever it's called) we had to put down. We were promised we'd get that back if denied. He husband called and went up there for months. We kept being told the manager wasn't there, then they were under new management, then they just stopped answering for us all together. We gave up. Really ridiculous.
After living here, I can confidently say this place is a dump. The photos are misleading and designed to make it look better than it actually is. First, while dogs are welcome, the property does not maintain the cleanliness of dog waste. Bags spill out of the disposal basket, creating an unsightly and unhygienic mess. While they eventually clean it, the delays are unacceptable. Additionally, there is only one garbage compactor, which frequently becomes overloaded, leaving garbage bags piled on the sidewalk.
