If you're a scandinavian in need of a Sauna or if you need to purify your person in the crystal clean waters of Lake Superior, this is your spot. Uber helpful staff (her name escapes me, but this younger gal was super friendly and very passionate of her craft- down right funny too). My favorite way to relax in Duluth! Cozy, hot saunas + the cold plunges in Lake Superior leave you sooo relaxed the rest of the day. The aromatherapy throughout the sauna session added another layer to an already enjoyable experience. This is becoming a monthly habit for me, cannot recommend Cedar + Stone enough!
Absolutely stunning!!!!! I have done both the boat sauna and the private experience. The attention to detail, service and experience is top tier. The hosts are kind and engaging in a way that supports what you need. And you can't beat the cold plunge into Lake Superior. If you like to sauna, this is a must do (repeatedly!) experience.
Wife and I have been here twice, and had a fantastic experience both times. The staff provided an incredible balance of privacy while still making sure we had the best experience possible. Friendly staff and a beautiful facility right on the water, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. This is a “must go” if you’re in the Duluth area.
Wow. Truly a life changing experience! My husband and I did the private Terrance & the guide Natalie was amazing. Everything from the essential oils, tea, and coaching through the cold plunge was amazing! I couldn’t stop raving about this experience the entire weekend we were in Duluth! I honestly want to come back to Duluth just for this experience! This was the best!
