I took the CCNP ENCOR Class with John Friedrich as the instructor. It was obvious John had no real-world experience. He went on many off-topic rants about technical but unrelated to CCNP material. Most the material was delivered at a very high-level, not very detailed. The manner in which content was delivered was very bullet-pointish, instead of explaining the whens and whys of protocols. The CompTIA instructor was really good. Part of what you pay for is the question databank. There were the same question in this document and all had different answers. I reached out to the guy responsible for testing materials and brought him over 26 questions that were in the study bank twice that had different answers. I asked for the correct answers to no avail. I know for a fact I had 3 of these questions on my certification exam and not sure if they were the cause, but I did fail the 1st test. I asked if they would mak... read more
