A staff member upset my brother while I was there visiting him he simply ask her if I could use restroom she turns and said no..we are from out of town so my brother was upset because he knew better and he thought it would cut our visit short we don't get to visit that often..after her telling me this he got very upset and kinda loud which got back to another staff member which approached me as I am leaving and offers me the use of there restroom...she tells me the other lady didn't know..to this lady and you know who you ar... read more
