Awful place to work poor management and so much more
I worked there for 2 years. It took me a year to get hired on then when I finally did they had people coming through the door making more money than I was. My lead didn't really have any knowledge of the area that he was in charge of. The final straw was when the lead took vacation on the week of inventory and I was expected to do someone else's job. Yet a guy ,who had no idea of how that specific line was supposed to operate, in management stated "it's not what you wanna do it's what you need to do" and I turned in my badge... read more
Worked at Ceco doors it is not the safest place to work. Bad management and lack of pay would not recommend working this type of job. Does not pay adequate and ppl have lost fingers due to there unsafe environments. Not a opportunity of growth. Don’t waste your time working this dead end job.
