Just want to say thank you to this entire establishment! Drove 800+ miles to spend Christmas with my children and granddaughter, had an issue with my car. They got me in first thing and fixed even faster! They took the extra time to make sure my car was good to make the long drive back home! The service was great but you cannot put a price tag on this kind of friendly customer service! That you all for saving my holidays!
Everyone was very friendly, professional, and communicative. They were able to research and recommend some wider, better handling tires for my Dodge Challenger. And they were quick and effective, knocking out the tire change and alignment in just a couple hours. The car went from feeling like I was driving on ice to driving on rails. If you want to feel taken care of, you can't go wrong with Cecil's.
Woke up to a flat that wouldn’t hold air. I have known I needed new tires. After changing the flat to doughnut, dropping kids off at school, to donut going flat and being changed out for a spare tire, three other tire shops between home to my office I pulled into Cecil’s. Wasn’t sure with my tire size being a rare size if they would be able to help me today or not. Got me right in, a new set of tires, great price point and wonderful conversation while waiting. Plus, Jan is a sweetheart. Highly recommend!
In from Louisiana and found the nicest people Sean and Terry at Cecils Tire and Automotive in Jenks!! I received top notch prompt Service!! I purchased 4 new tires and the next day asked if they could help me install some new wheel covers, which they did at no charge!!!!! That is Home town service!
