Cecil's sent us Andy and Woody (that's right), what a Godsend. Due to their diligence and determination, they were able to get my A/C back up and running within an hour for a couple of hundred dollars when a "big, commercial" company wanted me to pay them up to $13,000 to simply replace everything. June 27th, Michael Williams from Cecil's heating and air came to my house to repair or replace my air conditioner. He determined that the compressor was working, but the blower motor was not turning at the proper speed. The blower motor was extremely hot to touch and was drawing way too much current. Mr. Williams diagnosed a bad bearing in the blower motor. He ordered a new motor and went to pick it up from a parts distribution. Cecil’s is great. A local company that cares about the individual homeowner. I use them for plumbing and HVAC. The best service in Lexington. I’d highly recommend you use them.
I’ve used Cecil’s Heating and Air Conditioning since moving to Lexington. They installed a gas line to my fireplace and outdoor grille. True professionals that show up right on time and get the job done right the first time. Their associate Charlie M is a master of his craft and a true gentleman. Highly recommend!
