I have tried to call and have had no responses. Many hours later still no call back. If this business does not exist anymore it needs to be taken off google!

They took over 2 weeks to get ahold of. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. When they finally did call me back, we scheduled a walk through for a price estimate. Well, they came 20 minutes early and I was not home yet. My son told me they are there as I was driving home. They left, I pulled up withing 2 or 3 minutes of them leaving. They never even called me or told me they are coming early. I tried to reschedule by ME calling them. They denied my service because I was not there when they came the first time.... read more

Called multiple cleaning services to get a move-out cleaning. Cecilia's was the only to call back. Throughout the process, it was very difficult to get in touch with her, phone number goes to a home phone (had to get a 3/4 year old to find a grownup). Cleaning was fair, but missed quite a few spots. Ended up failing inspection. On the plus side, Cecilia offered to come back, but this whole affair required way too much time and effort for such little reward and high cost.
