Update 1/2026: I’ve been diagnosed with LMTS (brain damage), ankylosing spondylitis, autism (NOT bipolar or bpd), cervicogenic migraines, and serotonin syndrome since ditching her. Interrupts patient seconds into the initial explanation of the reason for the visit. Dr. Zhang has been incredibly kind and supportive of my health transition. She listened to me and recommended me to an allergist right away, and supported me through messengers on North Shore Connect. Thank you so much to her and her team for their support.
The first time I heard about Dr. Zhang was when my sister raved about how amazing, intelligent and caring she was. I switched to her as my primary care physician shortly after and have never regretted it. Fast forward several years: my sister, her 2 daughters, me and my mom all have her as our PCP. She was also my late dad's PCP and I will always be grateful for seeing us through our hard times with so much compassion. I’ve been a patient of Dr Zhang for years, and find her to be very kind, a good listener, and gives sound medical advice. I have been very comfortable with her since day 1. My only issue is difficultly getting appointments. I was released from the hospital on Friday and the earliest I can get in for my 1 week follow up is 3+ weeks away.
My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Zhang. Her communication skills show a deep understanding of our medical issues and her ability to educate us about them. She has excellent listening skills and is attentive to our concerns. Her empathy, compassion, and kindness are constant . My husband recently had a stressful medical situation and Dr. Zhang was and still is generous of her time making sure she was constantly involved with all medical issues, creating a plan on how to move forward.
