Made an appointment in January for March. Because I was going to be a new patient, then the day of the appointment, one hour before the appointment, they called to cancel the appointment cause the doctor wasn't taking new patients. All this time and they wait til the day of the appointment to figure this. Amazing!
Dr Lopez is an excellent professional and human beign. She dedicates time to the patient and she is not in a worry.
Saw her for the first time last week and she’s AMAZING ! The office staff was friendly and super smiley! First impressions are important and from the beginning to the end of my visit all great things . Office and bathrooms were clean! Also she sent me for labs and immediately contacted me before a week to schedule a virtual appt to go over and have a game plan with my diagnosis !
