When a doc cannot accept that she errred, and her department head allows her to falsely accuse the patient and terminate his care and then have the department ban him entirely because of her false accusations - that is that is grounds for immediate termination and license revoking and dismissal the doc, as well as grounds for terminating the department head for total lack of oversight resulting in patient abandonment and abuse.
