I am writing a review fully knowing this will not change the way the organization operates. I am just a frustrated patient who has no where to express my frustration since no one at the office cares. I am a patient of Cecilia Divin and I am far from happy with her care. She does not follow up on lab work, referrals or refill medications on time. Dr Divin is great. I've been seeing her for 8 years and she has always been attentive, available and she really listens. Shes compassionate, caring and i always feel like i leave her office in a better healthy space with a plan in place. She works really well with my endocrinologist and made sure i had the best surgeon for both of the procedures i needed. I recommend her to any woman looking for a doctor who has time and patience and cares about her patients.
I recently had to change doctors because my doctor of twenty years retired. I chose Dr. Devin because her office is very close to my residence. I loved my doctor and was worried that I wouldn’t find a doctor that I had such a good relationship with. I already love Dr.Devin and have found her to be warm, sincere, compassionate and very thorough. I feel that she genuinely cares about me. 5/23 update. I was wrong about this Doctor. Ordered me an MRI w/o giving me an x-ray first. Waited a month for an mri, canceled last minute bc this office didn't submit for approval from insurance. Insurance requests an x-ray. Office calls me literally yesterday to have me come in for x-ray today. I come in, no x-ray staff here. Wow. I'm out.
