The maintenance manager Mr. Greg Price kept me involved in the entire process while tending to some repairs needing to be made. Mrs Bird and her team are the best people to rent with! Amanda is always so nice to talk to and super helpful and Greg is awesome with handling all of our maintenance needs. I would highly recommend renting with this team. They’ve got your back and will respond at all hours to help with whatever issues may arise. I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing them to help you navigate any of your real estate needs.
Quite honestly the best and most customer serviced based experience in coastal empire I’ve had in real estate in 20+ years. Highly recommend this team and Cecilia. You need to at the very least. Reach out to this team if you are even thinking of buying or renting. They take the lead when handling things. To where questions and requests done over email or phone are handled asap.
