Mrs Bird and her team are the best people to rent with! Amanda is always so nice to talk to and super helpful and Greg is awesome with handling all of our maintenance needs. I would highly recommend renting with this team. They’ve got your back and will respond at all hours to help with whatever issues may arise. We can’t recommend Cecilia and her team enough! We recently used Cecilia to sell our property and she was loaded with knowledge of everything we really “needed” to do to sell it and offered lots of advice. She also worked with us when we were house hunting and her team was amazing with showing us houses and knowing all about them. We have also relied on her to manage a property that we had. Quite honestly the best and most customer serviced based experience in coastal empire I’ve had in real estate in 20+ years. Highly recommend this team and Cecilia. You need to at the very least. Reach out to this team if you are even thinking of buying or renting. They take the lead when handling things. To where questions and requests done over email or phone are handled asap.
