I've been working with the Cecilia Bird Real Estate Team for about 5 months now, and have had an excellent experience with them. They have been patient as we worked through HOA difficulties. Once the HOA issues were resolved they quickly found a tenant for our property. They have been responsive to myself, and to the tenant in getting any issues resolved. Cecilia and her team have been nothing but phenomenal from our first interaction!! We have been in a rental since 2022 and have had the best experience! I recently moved into one of their rentals about a week ago and I needed my water heater flushed the maintenance manager. Greg is absolutely 100% a standup human being. This man went above and beyond, and I was in a predicament with my vehicle and didn’t know if I was gonna meet him in time and he offered to pick me up from the shop bring me to my residence.
