Cecilia and Amanda were my property managers for 8 years. They were communicative, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. From repairs, to solving issues with the HOA, to the eventual sale of my home, their work was impeccable and covered every base. And when it comes to the right time to buy or sell, trust in Cecilia. I initially connected with Cecilia when I was searching for a new property management company in Savannah. Our first call went very well, she seemed knowledgeable, personable, and I felt confident she would do a great job. Unfortunately, that initial impression did not carry through. Quite honestly the best and most customer serviced based experience in coastal empire I’ve had in real estate in 20+ years. Highly recommend this team and Cecilia. You need to at the very least. Reach out to this team if you are even thinking of buying or renting. They take the lead when handling things. To where questions and requests done over email or phone are handled asap.
