I've been working with the Cecilia Bird Real Estate Team for about 5 months now, and have had an excellent experience with them. They have been patient as we worked through HOA difficulties. Once the HOA issues were resolved they quickly found a tenant for our property. They have been responsive to myself, and to the tenant in getting any issues resolved. Cecilia and Amanda were very patient and understanding. Our original home got impacted by the hurricane flood in 2024 and her team were helpful in finding another unit to move into. There were minimal issues with getting a town home, and having the appropriate resources to troubleshoot work orders.
Cecilia and Amanda were my property managers for 8 years. They were communicative, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. From repairs, to solving issues with the HOA, to the eventual sale of my home, their work was impeccable and covered every base. And when it comes to the right time to buy or sell, trust in Cecilia.
