Cecilia and Amanda were my property managers for 8 years. They were communicative, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. From repairs, to solving issues with the HOA, to the eventual sale of my home, their work was impeccable and covered every base. And when it comes to the right time to buy or sell, trust in Cecilia. I initially connected with Cecilia when I was searching for a new property management company in Savannah. Our first call went very well, she seemed knowledgeable, personable, and I felt confident she would do a great job. Unfortunately, that initial impression did not carry through. Mrs Bird and her team are the best people to rent with! Amanda is always so nice to talk to and super helpful and Greg is awesome with handling all of our maintenance needs. I would highly recommend renting with this team. They’ve got your back and will respond at all hours to help with whatever issues may arise. I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing them to help you navigate any of your real estate needs.
Working with Cecilia Bird team has been an absolute pleasure. They are incredibly communicative and always quick to respond, clear in their explanations, and proactive in keeping everything on track. The maintenance manager Mr. Greg Price kept me involved in the entire process while tending to some repairs needing to be made.
