Had an appointment for 1:30pm, came in at 1:32pm, was doing other lady’s hair and then started doing daughters, asked how long it would take she said 30 minutes, 30 MINUTES???? priorities need to be set straight
I hate leaving bad reviews, but it is very needed. I called earlier in the day, the phone conversation itself was very alarming. I asked for the price for a women’s cut, and she would not give me a straight number. She kept repeating, $35-$45 and “getting treatments” and I repeatedly asked for the flat price.
