Doctor was rude and uncompassionate towards my daughter while she was conducting pelvis examination. She called her a difficult person. Mind you she still a young woman “teenager” . She was in tears after the exam..

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Cecile Walker for years and have referred multiple people to her practice. I attend my regular annual visits, always have the same insurance, and have never had a billing issue. Today, despite not feeling well, and had an almost 2 hours commute, I pushed myself to make my early morning appointment. When I arrived, the front desk asked me to leave a credit card on file. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I signed in at the front desk at 9:57am, was brought back to a room shortly after 10am, and then sat there completely unattended for almost an hour. No one checked in, provided an update, or even acknowledged that there was a delay or backup. Sitting alone for nearly an hour without any communication is unacceptable. I walked out at 11:05am and will not be returning.

Went to see Dr. Walker yesterday. Refreshing to find a physician who listens, explains well and doesn’t rush. Thank you Dr. Walker. The staff are also friendly, competent and helpful. Thank you ladies 🙏🙏🙏🙏
