They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. Don't go here! On the phone the receptionist sounded so kind and understanding. However, The Dr. refused to listen to anything that I had to say. She blew off all of my concerns. I called with a problem and it took a week for anyone to call me back when I was scared and worried. The nurse was so rude on the phone. I called it very concerned and the nurse's reply was "Well the dr. did all that she had to do and she is not going to do anything else." This is an aweful way to treat anyone!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
