Moved to the area about 1.5 years ago and needed to find a good local independent mechanic for odds and ends. Found the team at Cecil Used Auto and have never looked back. Fair prices, they do what they say they will do, and overall it's great work. I've taken my work truck all the way to a $120k vehicle to them for things... Always great service! Would highly recommend if you are looking for someone local!

Banging noise coming from back of suv. Expert mechanic of 40 years said 2 bearing need replaced in rear end. Expert mechanic of 40 years replaced 2 bearing in rear end. Banging noise still there. Expert mechanic of 40 years then quietly put a piece of foam rubber between muffler and trailer hitch. Banging noise went away. Charged me 644 dollars. Few days later hot muffler melted the foam rubber. Banging noise came back. I'm back to square one with banging noise and out 644 dollars. Deceitful and dishonest.
