This is not what I think, it is what I know to be true. I'm a single woman. I've taken my car to Don, Dillion, and said here take care of my transportation. Look it over. I've had my car 10 yrs. Besides dealers repair maintenance, only the guys at Cecils touch my transportation. They have never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and have advised me of what needed to happen. Or even better what need NOT to happen. You can trust these hard working men. I am sincerely thankful for your help.
I've always had great experiences with Cecil and Son's Tires. Today, they did a brake job for me on my 2012 Toyota Corolla. I have replaced brake pads on previous cars, but due to my age, I just don't attempt that anymore. But drawing from that experience, I know if someone is trying to shaft me on a brake job or talk me into something I don't really need. Made an appt to get a flat tire fixed and my van aligned...2 hours later they still haven't fixed the flat or done the alignment and they tell me "maybe we'll get to it before we close maybe we won't." Gave me some song and dance about another car being torn apart on the alignment rack for the last 2 hours..I guess they needed the alignment rack to fix a flat tire as well. I will never use them again and if you want your car fixed in a timely manner when you make an appt I would look elsewhere.
Our family don't shop any where else. Troy and Ken have always helped us out.
I always feel like I'm getting a fair deal from people who know cars and care about their customers.
