Absolutely terrible experience with the parts department at Crenwelge Motors. Called in and got Chris on the line—right off the bat, the attitude was ridiculous. After wasting 15 minutes of my time, he tells me he has people waiting and he’s the only one there, then hangs up on me mid-conversation. I drove over there immediately—got there in five minutes—and guess what? No customers waiting and another person working the counter. So not only was he rude and dismissive, but he flat-out lied.
