Very professional staff and service.
Trey Atkission never return my call. Had an issue from the Del Rio location and the entire company ignores you when the service department messes up your vehicle. A common practice with this company is to find and make it look like there are problems with your vehicle. Even to the point they will pour oil on your oil pan to make it look like it was leaking. Tom at the Del Rio forced a young lady to change the service request. Possibly threatening her job.
Mari, from service helped me find the perfect person to get the Trax we needed for my 17 y/o. I’ve been a client of Mari for over 2 years and she’s assisted with 2 purchases. David our sales associate was extremely helpful and made the purchase happen fast and easily. Estella was amazing in financing. She was so kind and caring as we chatted. We have 3 Chevy vehicles and love how amazing they drive. We appreciate how much Cecil gives back to the community and so they’ll always get our support and business.
We went to Cecil to buy a used car. Deedee was so great in assisting us. Everything went smoothly. No problem encountered. They even tried to assist us in getting an insurance. Would highly recommend them
