Paulina did an excellent job helping us find the vehicle we wanted. Even though the exact vehicle wasn’t available on the lot, she went above and beyond to help us locate the right one. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle!

inquired online that I was interested in a specific vehicle and Paulina made it happen within 2 days, over the phone, and got my car delivered to me and my trade in taken for me. If you’re needing someone to work with you and get you in the car that you want, ask for Paulina 😊
I just had the worst experience at Cecil Atkinson ford. The customer service was horrendous. Linda who works there is rude and they do not do as they say. She repeatedly left me in the office for 30-40 minutes at a time then come back and tell me complete nonsense. I will definitely never come here again
