Paulina did an excellent job helping us find the vehicle we wanted. Even though the exact vehicle wasn’t available on the lot, she went above and beyond to help us locate the right one. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I just had the worst experience at Cecil Atkinson ford. The customer service was horrendous. Linda who works there is rude and they do not do as they say. She repeatedly left me in the office for 30-40 minutes at a time then come back and tell me complete nonsense. I will definitely never come here again
Thank you Mr.Lee for great service. The communication was excellent, appreciate him keeping us informed on all issues. Mr.Lee solved our issue car was in early morning and out that afternoon. Thank you so much for your help and will use this dealership in the future.
