Had a great experience at the Del Rio Ford Dealership about a month ago. Jacob S went above and beyond and his Manager to be able to get in the car my daughter wanted, Thank you once again we will see y'all soon for another purchase.
Whatever you do do not take your car there I took my 2016 Ford Explorer in because the AC wasn’t working. Technician told me the compressor was bad. Put a new aftermarket compressor on it That they installed took it back since the AC still wasn’t working. Car stayed there for two weeks. They refused to work on it because I put an aftermarket compressor on there that they installed. I will not be taking any vehicle nor will I be buying another Ford worst customer service ever.
Brought my car in for routine maintenance and they comped an oil change while I was there. Thanks guys!
Horrible, dirty, unprofessional, and a scam. This service department will fake a oil leak to charge you and claim they replace your oil. After charging you to replace the oil pan. Photo of the oil they claim they replaced. Took it to another location to get the oil change and it was confirmed the oil pan was never replaced and the oil was never replaced. Took my expedition in. The mechanic tried to get $10k out of me for faking an oil leak, strucks, and multiple issues were all faked. Management called police and the police were on my side. They stolen money. Owner didn't care of their scamming mechanics.
