It is my belief that Dr. Childers saved my life. He saw me and my husband over a 3 year period, I had a very prolonged and psychotic depression as the result of an emotionally abusive relationship, Although Dr. Childers did not say my husband was abusive, I gained enough insight to end the marriage. This was years ago and I have not had another depression and have go to obtain my RN and my Diplomate in Clinical Social Work.
