I showed the Braider a picture of what I wanted. She made them smaller and longer than usual, she charged me $300 for a style that I didn’t even ask for. I was there for more than 5 hours and then when I had left to get my kids, the braider left and I had to come back and get the rest finished. It’s like I seemed to have gotten ripped off. I will continue to come to this salon but this particular braider will NEVER BRAID MY HAIR AGAIN!!!
10 out of 10! I went to CeCe’s for the 1st time on Saturday and got exactly what I asked for. All of the women were polite and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the work is top-tier. After going to a few other braiding salons in Baltimore over the years and not getting what I asked for this place was a breath of fresh air. I will most certainly come back.
Unprofessional!! This is the 3rd same day cancel when I have plans3 strike rule! We all have emergencies but not calling me before I arrive is horrible! The last 2 times I was already there! I won’t be back! Do better! I foolishly gave them another chance and remembered quickly why I stopped going smh! Benita needs to go with her rude almost mad looking face! Gave me a style I did not ask for than proceeded to curse me in French! No customer service skills of any kind! CeCe is the only one with some sense!

I have been coming to CeCe braiding for years. There prices are reasonable and the staff are fast. They also have hair washing services.
