I had a great experience with Dr. Cecere getting dental implants. He explained the process to me in detail, describing what to expect and how long everything would take across the several visits required for the procedure, which included some significant preparatory work. He didn't push me to do more than necessary, and he showed great professionalism and skill in completing the job, with a gentle and calming manner. His staff helped me with resolving an issue with the insurance, so the overall cost was reasonable.
My Dentition is poor. I have been to many, many dentists and specialists over the years so I consider myself well versed in dental care. There are many choices for quality specialized care around, especially in Amherst, but look no further. Dr. Cecere and every member of his staff are excellent. Top notch! Absolutely blessed to be seen and taken care of by Doctor Cecere and staff! Dr Cecere is gentle, very caring, professional, and reasonably priced. They all did great keeping me free from any anxiety. The office is always spotless and fresh. Thank you sincerely for everything throughout the years.
No one wants to go to the Oral Surgeon but if it comes to that point this is the office you want! The receptionist answers all my questions and assists me in navigating through my insurance. The assistants and Dr himself answered all my questions and helped me stay calm through both procedures I've had. The office has a wonderful calm atmosphere, is clean and well maintained.
I had a great experience with Dr. Cecere and his staff while having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. They made sure I was comfortable and controlled any pain I was having. They were very nice and caring to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have their wisdom teeth removed. Ms Lauramarie at the front desk was so knowledgeable and kind to us. She explained everything we needed to know for the procedure. She should get a raise!
