I wish I had wrote this review four years ago but honestly never thought about it until now. Knowing that innocent mothers and babies are still being neglected in her care has made me want to share my story. Let me be clear that Dr. Simpson delivered my first baby. With that being said, her last day was the following day. Therefore, I was in Dr. Powless’s care for the remainder of my time in the hospital. She talks over you the whole appointment and doesn’t give you a chance to speak until she is walking out the door. Wasn’t there for my delivery. She also doesn’t express much concern with anything that could be going on
This doctor held my uterus in her HAND and acknowledged in post op notes I had a supposed uterine defect. Never looked into it even though I brought up extreme pain every month. She suggested to take my left ovary without scans just because my pain was on my left side. I went to St. Vincent Women's Center in Carmel who CONFIRMED the defect with ONE MRI + ultrasound. Dr. Robrock in Carmel saved my life. Go there if you want REAL GENUINE care. Powless is a joke.
