Had an appointment scheduled for a day that I missed due to family related issues and I do vouch for, missed a second appointment due to no reminder and they claimed to remind me of the appointment but I never received a call or text which they say they made, only a text for new patient forms that i did fill out and submit, then I called to see when my appointment was today and they said I missed it and it’s been 4 times I missed an appointment and they cannot reschedule me now even though it was only 2 appointments. Dr Cecchini is the most caring dentist. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dentists and he puts me at ease. I can’t recommend him enough.
