it seems that she is GONE OUT OF BUSINESS without even as a much as a call to tell her patients to come get your records. I have tolerated her RUDE behavior and EXTREMELY LONG waiting periods for far too long and now I have to TRY to see how to get my PII and medical history. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.
