I have been craving good pulled pork for about 3 years. Every place I tried either had pulled pork that was poorly seasoned, dry or just plain disgusting. I even at from a food truck where the pulled pork tasted like straight vinegar. So, I saw Coach Eddie's Backyard BBQ food truck in Bartow this past Saturday and decided to give them a try.
