It does not matter how honest or timely you are with your payments, even if you pay more than the amount they ask for. The supervisors male/female both act less professional than the representatives you talk to & when you talk to Those your basically inconveniencing them but even moreso if you ask questions about your account. These people dont understand people have lives on top of GRADUATING and juggling both in itself is a job. worst experience of my life. I was a top before and since my boss didnt like me i was racial profiled. I was white...Not a good place to much racial tension and shady practices And the people complaining on google for FMS to stop calling they owe student loan debt and are about to be garnished...DAVID COTE
