Have absolutely no idea how these guys have such a high rating. I guess people just not realizing how astronomically high their prices are. I was on a time constraint as I am leaving the country on an extended trip and renting the place out in my absence. I booked someone to come look at the HVAC and plumbing and triple checked it was for sure going to be the same technician, gave them all my info including what kind of HVAC system and what I had already checked.
