This is the best gym EVER!! It has a great variety of equipment and free weights. I love that it is open 24/7. I totally recommend personal training sessions with Chidi.

Love this gym! So clean, quiet, and all the equipment needed for cardio and lifting. The boxing classes keep me motivated and accountable to my exercise regimen. I train with Chidi and the sessions are always challenging, novel, and fun! I appreciate his knowledge about and commitment to my health!
