When your customers buy spare tubes and keep them new in box until needed.....then go to use them and they are defective.....replace them! What good is a warranty that doesn't cover spare tubes that aren't used until needed. Warranty should start when they are installed not when they are purchased! I can tell you that when this happened with the TubeDepot they immediately sent me a prepaid, return shipping label and gave me a refund. I guess that's where I'll be buying all my tubes now.

I have been buying parts from this company for over 10 years and it's time to brag on them. They are the best people to order amplifier and guitar parts from. The guys who answer the sales lines know their stuff and are helpful in many ways. Shopping on their website is easy and loaded with parts and products. What really blows me away is when Peavey, Fender, Ampeg and others send you to C E to get their out of stock parts. It's with this company's grace I was able to get my little shop off the ground. Many other parts distributers wouldn't look at you if you're not Incorporated.
