Guys in the main office do not know where the receiving department is located. Receiving office will be located door 10. The staff was friendly all around.
Terrible at answering the phone.
Ethan got us in loaded and on our way in under 10 minutes,really happy with service provided!
Board was not in stock so now customer has to wait for a board on a newer system. Then the online warranty steps are ridiculous. Answering phones are non existent I could stay on the phone listening to a robot on the way to Wetmore Branch and actually get to the branch before anyone picks up. There is just no CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore. I will give Mark Garcia his kudos for helping us out while also listening to my complaining and still helped us as best as he was able to. 5 stars to the counter guy 0 stars for everything else... read more
