My local Carrier dealer was not helpful with a part. So I called over to this location. Jason in Parts went way above and beyond to look up the part I needed. Give him a raise.
“This is a joke. I’ve been waiting for over an hour to get loaded. The guy attending me sent me to the back and left me standing there like an idiot. When I go check what’s going on, he has the nerve to ask me, ‘What is it that you need?’ Is this really how you run things? This is a complete lack of respect and professionalism. You treat people’s time like it means nothing
I’ve been walking through Carrier’s doors since the late 80s when the main store was on old Katy Road. Your system is so bad now you might consider going back to the old pencil and paper days like it was back and then. CE Carrier is the worst ran Distributor in all of Houston now. I Don’t have one to two hours to wait every time I need a part from you.
