Trying the Aushwitz thing digitally now CE!!??!! Willis Carrier is rolling in his grave. Brand new garbage units out of the boxes fail upon startup. Its June and we can't get warranty parts till August. Don't answer phones, long wait times, and parts are mostly unavailable. Buyers and Joos beware.

Got here to my appointment on time 8:15 on the dot and made me wait an entire hour to finally dock when I saw 3 empty docks I understand if they are understaffed but that’s not what bothered me most..once they finally told me to dock I did and proceeded to wait to get unloaded and almost a hour had passed and went to go ask a guy unloading my trailer nicely if I can get a estimate time and what the response I received was “you got here late” idk if his boyfriend broke up with him last night to respond rudely like that but I ... read more
