If I could give a no star review I would. You sign in, wait for the counter, then after they verify your order, you sit in your truck for 30-40 mins waiting on 1 guy to load your equipment. Unstaffed, not polite at all. No sense of urgency for paying customers.
Everybody is nice and knowledgeable, my order pick up was easy and fast. Find the place is a little difficult it need some banners.
No surprise that customer service here is horrible. Took forever to get control board and bad attitudes .
